Clapton Craft have backed us since day one, so we were buzzing to get them down for a brew day and create a punchy west coast pale inspired by their iconic bear logo. Grizzly has a backbone of Pilsner malt combined with a touch of Vienna for perceived sweetness to give this easy drinker a solid base for the hops to shine. A lethal combo of Simcoe and Rakau provide fresh pineapple, apricot and zingy passion fruit whilst a small Chinook dry hop addition adds a touch of pine. An assertive but smooth bitterness, Grizzly is one to sink your claws into.
