This collab (merger) with Siren was inspired by neighbouring Slough, the spiritual home of The Office. Steve and the team bombed it down the M4 at 70mph - tops - to brew a lean modern style West Coast IPA with us. Made with 100% Pilsner malt, we fermented cold with lager yeast minimising malt profile and esters to let the hops do all the talking. We've used a blend of US and NZ hop varieties, with Simcoe and Columbus cryo combining with Riwaka. Reminiscent of those clear gummy bears you used to love as a kid, citrus and pineapple sweetness is all balanced by a firm lingering bitterness. Find a pint thereof at your local Chasers.
