Our boldest, most extravagant beer to date. Heartwood is the barrel aged evolution of our debut Imperial Stout 'Into the Night', created last year with heavyweights Mikerphone and Factory Brewing. A complex malt malt bill, 10 hour boil and 12 months resting in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels have transformed it into something truly exceptional. Expect: warm choc chip cookies, sweet tobacco, worn leather and bourbon kick to finish.
